Classes Offered
Cardio Blast (intermediate-advanced): This class targets all muscle groups by engaging in dynamic and isometric movements. It’s done with high intensity and high energy to promote cardiovascular endurance and encourage excess fat loss.
Cardio Toning (intermediate-advanced): This class is a high energy mix of various styles of cardio (hi-lo, athletic drills, step) and strength training. Sure to have you sweating and having fun! Cycle Fusion (intermediate-advanced): This class offers a mixture of Power Cycling with arm/core strength intervals. Great for those who do not want to stay on the bike for a full hour, and who want to incorporate strength work into the workout. Cycle Plus or 30/30 Class (intermediate-advanced): This high energy, class provides 30- 45 minutes of indoor cycling followed by 15-30 minutes of core blasting work! Designed for everyone in mind, this combination is designed to fit your fitness level! Fitness Barre (intermediate-advanced): This class focuses on high reps of small range movements to trigger deep into the core and extremities with ballet-inspired moves. Fitness Triangle (intermediate-advanced): This is a fun combination of Power Cycling and Cardio Toning! A little indoor cycling, hi-lo cardio moves, and strength training….you get all 3 in one class! HIIT (intermediate-advanced): This is a full-body workout. The class is an interval raining sequence with high-intensity exercise. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. Karate: These lessons are offered bi-weekly (Tuesday and Thursday evenings). There is a $40/month charge. ALL ages and ALL levels are welcome! Kickboxing (intermediate): This class combines cardio kickboxing and strength training to give you a total body workout. Kids Tumbling: Tumbling is known as a skill that is a combination of gymnastics, flexibility, and dance that helps to build body strength and control, but did you know that a tumbling class could also teach your kids how to be responsible, kind and confident people? It’s true! There are so many skills and benefits your children will learn and gain from taking a tumbling class. Tumbling will teach your kiddos to be respectful and responsible, work cooperatively with others, and build up their confidence and skills. Kids Multi Genre Dance Class: This class is designed to stimulate a young student's interest in dance by incorporating a sampling of multiple genres. This will include ballet, acro, jazz, hip hop and musical. Students will be exposed to basic technique and movement, vocabulary, while working to improve skills such as coordination, flexibility, musicality, and spatial awareness.Mindfulness, Meditation, and Sound Bath: Dive into serenity with our meditation class! This is a 60-minute guided meditation session, including deep relaxation with Tibetan singing bowls. Don't miss this opportunity! Mind-Body Stretch: A 30-minute time to stretch, relax, and clear your mind. A must-have re-energizer after a long day! Power Cycling (intermediate-advanced): 60 minute fun athletic, cardiovascular indoor cycling class…the ultimate calories killer. Start pedaling and let go as the music take you on the ride of your life along various terrains, speeds, and intensities. Go at your own pace and enjoy a group exercise session full of motivation and sweat. Station Intervals (intermediate): In this class you do cardio exercises at a station for 1 minute, followed by 3 minutes of muscular strength exercises with the group. You move to a new station after each strength set. Tabatas (intermediate): Tabata intervals are periods of high intensity exercises with short rest periods for a specified number of sets. Weights and Bands: Gentle Yoga (all levels): Experience a slower pace of nourishing stretches and asana (postures) that offer the opportunity to explore the creation and dissolving of postures in gradual steps. In these classes, plenty of instruction is offered as well as modifications. Gentle doesn't mean "no challenge"; with a gentleness of self, you choose the level of challenge that serves you in each moment. Gentle yoga classes are accessible to all levels, including beginners. Yoga: A vinyasa flow class open for all levels. Expect to tone and lengthen your body, connect movement to breath and improve balance in this beginner friendly to intermediate flow class. Zumba: Perfect class for everybody! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class. Zumba Kids: Kids 3-11 years old get the chance to be active and jam out to their favorite music. Zumba® Kids classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba® choreography. We break down the steps, add games, and activities into the class structure. Helps develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children's lives by making fitness fun. Classes incorporate key childhood development elements like leadership, respect, team work, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, coordination, cultural awareness. Zumbini: Perfect for: children 0 to 5 years old and their caregivers, the Zumbini™ program takes little ones on their first steps toward an active, musical life. Together, adults and their young children wiggle, sing, and learn, for the ultimate bonding experience! Zumba Strong: Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG Nation® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. In each class you'll burn calories while toning arms, legs, abs and glutes. Plyometric or explosive moves like high knees, burpees, and jumping jacks are interchanged with isometric moves like lunges, squats, and kickboxing. |
