Reopening Guidelines
We are so excited to be able to workout with you again in person!
In order to follow the guidelines during Phase 2, these are a few things that will be changing as we open up our room again:
1. Everyone is required to wear a mask until the “music starts” for class and/or we begin working out. Once the workout is over, masks need to be worn again as we clean and put away equipment and exit the room. GermX will be available at the desk and required for you to use upon entering.
2. On the Studio door, you’ll notice a “screening” flyer. If you cannot pass the requirements on the screening list, you are not allowed to participate for the safety of all. (Currently we do not have a thermometer for use, so please take your temperature at home before leaving your house/work.)
3. There will be a limit of 6 participants per class to allow for social distancing. (If we find we need to further limit the number, we will take that into consideration.) There will be X’s marked on the floor to indicate set up locations. (Yoga mats will not be available to share. Please bring your own, as needed.)
4. Sign-up sheets for the week’s classes will be at the desk on Sunday. You can sign up for whichever classes you plan to attend that week.
Please do NOT sign up your friends (or ask the instructor to sign you up). No matter how we have tried to make a fair way to do this, there will be glitches. IF you discover you are unable to attend a class you signed up for, please contact the instructor (or Marcy) at least 2 hours prior to class. This will give time to announce the open spot. IF you do not show up for a class you signed up for, there will be $5 charge.
** This does NOT mean you have to be there Sunday in order to participate throughout the week. The sign-up sheets will be at the desk the entire week for your convenience. And if there is room in the class, you can sign up as you walk through the door! This will be a work in progress, so adjustments will be made as we go.
5. Some class times have been adjusted to allow for cleaning/transition. You will be asked to wait in the hallway or outside (with mask on and practicing social distancing) until those taking class have left, keeping the number of people inside at a minimum.

Screening Questionnaire
For the safety of all of our clients, please do not enter if you answer YES to any of the questions below:
1. Have you been in the presence of an individual with known COVID-19 in the last 14 days?
2. If you are a Healthcare worker/first responder, have you been in the presence of an individual with known COVID-19
in the last 14 days absent use of proper PPE?
3. Do you have a temperature of 99.9 or greater now, or in the past 14 days?
4. Are you experiencing a cough or shortness of breath that is new for you?
5. Do you have new difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, sore throat or loss of taste or smell (within last 14 days)?
1. Have you been in the presence of an individual with known COVID-19 in the last 14 days?
2. If you are a Healthcare worker/first responder, have you been in the presence of an individual with known COVID-19
in the last 14 days absent use of proper PPE?
3. Do you have a temperature of 99.9 or greater now, or in the past 14 days?
